 | This application runs on a Leica DMRA fluorescence wide-field upright microscope controlled by Metamorph software installed on a Windows 2000-based PC. This system is suitable for multi-channel imaging, for instance, multi-color FISH, as well as 3D and 4D imaging. A mercury lamp and appropriate filters are available for imaging of FITC(and GFP), YFP, CFP, DAPI, Cy3 (and rhodamine), Cy3.5 (and Texas Red),Cy5, Cy5.5 and Cy7. Data are acquired with a Photometrics SenSys 12 bit digital camera. The software enables creation of composite images with adjusted brightness and contrast. Images can be saved as TIFF files for import into other programs. |
